Dennie A. GroomerDennie A. Groomer, 85, Nineveh, died Friday, Aug. 9, at Indianapolis Community South Hospital. Born Dec. 20, 1910 in Solsberry, he was the sone of David and Cleola (Burch) Groomer. - - He was an Indianapolis Radiator and International Harvester dealer for 20 years. He was a member of Church of Lakes, Englewood Masonic Lodge #714, Scottish Rite, Murat Shrine and was a pioneer in Cordry/Sweetwater Lake. Survivors include his wife Alma (Quimby) Groomer; two daughters, Dorine Canary of Indianapolis and Lois Barr of Greenwood; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Services were 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, at the CHurch of the Lakes with the Rev. Richard Crowley officiating. Burial was at Forrest Lawn Cemetery. J. D.
