Jane (NEIDIGH) KILLINGER


DEATH'S HARVEST
KILLINGER

Mrs. Jane (NEIDIGH) KILLINGER was born in Wayne County, Ohio, March 18, 1841 and died April 13, at her home near Tulip, aged seventy-six years and twenty-six days.

She was united in marriage to Peter KILLINGER on August 12, 1845. To this union was born four children, namely: Wesley, Ida May, Harley and Harvey. The two last named died in infancy.

The deceased was converted at the age of eighteen and came into fellowship with the Church of God at Crossroads Bethel and lived a consistent Christian life until her heavenly departure. She was a loving companion and a devoted, kind and gentle mother. She was deeply concerned about the welfare of her husband and children and was a kind neighbor and was respected by all who knew her.

She had lived in Richland Township, Greene County, since she was twelve years old.

Her sister and one brother preceded her to the spirit world.

Mrs. KILLINGER will be missed in the home and in the home of her children where her advice was sought on all matters pertaining to their welfare. The deceased leaves to mourn her departure, her husband, two children and six grandchildren and a host of friends. She has gone to meet her deceased children and parents and loved ones who had gone before.

The funeral was held on April 15th at the family home conducted by Mrs. KOMP and Rev. Henry FLORY. Interment in the cemetery at Tulip. C.
