Maalma L. Klinger


Maalma L. Klinger, 82, Bloomfield, died Friday at Greene County General Hospital.

She was born Jan. 29, 1909, in Greene County to Daniel Garfield and Alida E. (Hineman) Kliner. She was retired from Amagamted Clothing Workers of America of Hammond. She was a member of the Newberry Methodist Church, Gary Hearing Aid Society, the Bell Tone Hearing Aid Society and Progressive Club of Newberry.

She is survived by one sister, Dora A. Rarden of Bloomfield; one sister-in-law, Clara Klinger of Plainville and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers John and Elmer Klinger, and one sister Mabel Hasler.

Funeral Services were 2 p.m. Monday at Jenkins Funeral Home, Bloomfield, with the Rev. Doug Voyles officiating. Burial was in Grandview Cemetery 21 Mar. 1991 Bloomfield News
