Roy G. Vandeventer Sr

Roy G. Vandeventer Sr., 66, Bloomfield died Tuesday, Dec. 18, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born May 12, 1935 in Greene co., he was the son of Orville and Olive (Heaton) Vandeventer. He was a retired and of the Apostilic faith.

Survivors include fove sons: Gary Vandeventer and Roy Vandevneter both of Bloomfield, Ronald Vandeventer of Linton, Randall Vandeventer of Switz City and Russell Vandeventer of Fotanet; one brother Charles Vandeventer of Bloomfield; two sisters: Gladys Vandeventrer and Bernice Van Winkle both of Bloomifeld; 14 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy E. (Andrews) Vandevneter, 1996; one sister Ruth Vandeventer and his parents.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday Dec. 21 at Jenkins Funeral Home with the Revs. Randall Vandeventer and David Beecham officiating.

Burial will be in Solsberry Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday morning until the hour of services at the funeral home.
