The better to find a still wider field and more enlarged facilities the plant was subsequently transferred from Mineral City to Bloomfield, where the same line of business was conducted until 1905, at which time the mill was thoroughly remodeled and equipped with the latest improved machinery for the manufacture of chairs, which branch of industry, under the personal management Levi J. Faucett, has since been carried on, the factory at this time (1908) being the largest and most important industrial enterprise in the city; the millright business was started by Abel J. Faucett. and first moved to Mineral City.

The Faucett Chair Factory (ca 1905) which was located on the southwest corner of Mill and South Franklin Streets in Bloomfield prior to a fire which destroyed the building and took the life of a night watchman. A new building was built on the site which was last occupied by the Clemco Desk Company which also burned.
