MC CART, COX, HAMILTON
I am searching for information on the Edward MCCART family of Greene County. Edward McCart is listed in 1860 census, I believe he had a daughter, Rhoda, who is my great grandmother. Rhoda married Lyman Cox, a native of Sullivan County Indiana. Right now I'm trying to find out where and when they got married, always thought it was in Missouri where they settled, but now think it may have been Greene County since it is very close to Sullivan County. Rhoda was born in 1854, their first child, James E. Cox, was born 1879 in Missouri. Lyman, son of Jacob and Mary Hamilton Cox, had 3 brothers, John, Abraham b1858, and Isaac. Does anyone know of these families? Thanks - Rhonda
