Abe and Cintha Horn across the field close by;

Come from here was Mary, Cordella, Mandy, John and Cy.

Dewey and Sarah Kirk lived at the "Holler's Head";

Come from there was Harvey, Rhoda Bell, Bob and Ed.

John and Fannie Robinson lived on top of the hill;

Come from there was Ola, Becky, Jane, Art, Meda, Eva, Josie, Stacy, Pete and Tanahill.

Lank and Polly Hudson lived across the creek on the bank;

Come from here was Jim, Jerry, Beck and Lank.

Jacob and Polly Parker lived up the creek on the hill;

Come form here was Mady, Liza, Bob and Bill.

Frank and Hess Byers lived north of Clifty, across, the glade;

Come from there was Arty, Mae, Jess and Rado.

Nancy Tetrick lived where I am at;

Come from there was Jim, Hodge, John and Rat.

Jobe and Jane Miller lived at the head of Clifty Creek;
