Be it remembered that on the 22 day Sept. 1823 the honorable Thomas Bradford and Martin Wines esquires, Associate
Judges, convened at the courthouse in Burlington and proceeded to their office duties of an Orphans Court.
On motion of Hugh T. Ross and the petition of the heirs of John Smith, dec'd signed by Ann M. M. Smith, Jacob
Smith, Charles Bailey, John Smith Jr., Wm. Hodgen, Adam Smith & Joseph Kirkpatrick.
William Hodgen, administrator ordered to sell SE Qtr 25-16-7 lands sold at Vincennes entered in the name of
Joseph Dixon and assigned by him to the said John Smith and Wm. Hodgen - 1/2 said section to be sold. Also N 1/2
30-6-7 to be sold. |
