Will of Urban StoneWill Book 1 Page 11-12 Filed December _ 27th AD 1841 I Urban Stone of the County of Greene and State of Indiana make and publish this my last will and Testament revoking and making void all former wills by me made at any time heretofore. First I direct that my body to decently turned to land in the following manner ro wit I direct _ that _ my just debts and funeral charges shall be paid out of my personal property as _ _ after _ my decease _ when I _ shall hereafter mentioned _ h_ _ _ _ for_ _and one _n _t one _ _ _ _ the _ _ _ and all the g_ that can _ _ plenty to _ _ _ _ther the _ shall _ _ _ to sell if _ my _ whole that _ _ _inmentioned of the _ _ _ _ _ be insufficent to discharge my just_ _ _ my executor the _ to sell at public sale or private _ _ in _ hand _ _ credit as may _ _ the arrangement _-__ after all my just debts are paid I give and bequeath the _ of my personal estate to my wife _ty Stove to th_ _ _ _ _ _ _ I also give and beqeath to my dear wifeall my personal estate _ during her life time or widow hood and if my dear wife should depart this life before the youngest child should come to the age of 21 years the land _ shall remain fo the support of the children until the youngest _ _ the age of 21 years the I direct the land to be sold and the proffits thereof to be equally divided amongst my children share & shae _ _ _ that _ _ _ the family that is to say my wife and children sahll directly _ indirecty _ _ settle on any _ _ _ the land above mentioned _ _ the same _ _ or _ during _ _ _ _ the youngest child shall come to the age of 21 years and the said land to _ _ _ _ him. _ _ _ _he shall have _p the land all th _ _ _ the _ sh_ or _ing with her and I hereby make ordain my worthy and _te friend Joel _ton executor of th_ my last will and testament. Cavins, Clerk of the probate court in and for said county and who being my me duly sworn according to law de_ and _ _ ha_ and publish and declare that ____ will and testament and that he was at the time of its exectution of aound mind and memory and the I signed my name thereto as a subscribing witness in the presence of said testator and at his request and in the presence of Reuben Carmichael the other subscribing witness so help you God.
