_ all _ whom this may concern That I Oliver C. P.Turley being ot dound Judgement of mind do _ publish this my lat will and Testament as follows towit:.

Item 1st I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Turley a portione of tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Greene and State of Indiana towit: The South East _ _ _ _st quarter of section thirty-four in Towhnship eight North of Range six West containing forty acres to have and to hold during her natural lifetime and that _ _ _ that my daughter Clarinda Jane and _ _ Sylvester A.. Turley have and psosess the above _ _ of _ equally between them and if either of the said Clarinda J. and Sylvester A. Turley _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ living legatee with all the appet_ thereto belonging.

Item 2nd I will and bequeath to Sarah E. Turley _ _ _ a piece or tract of land towit: The _ East _ _ south East, quarter of Section thrity-four in Township _ _ of Range six West containing forty acres more or less

Item 3rd I will and bequeath my daughter _ Turley the following piece or tract of land towit: South _ _ _ _ Section thrity-four in Township _ _ _ _ _ West containing forty acres more or less.

Item 4th I will and bequeath to may son Charles R. Turley _ _ _ of saif land The South West quarter of _ _ _ section thirty-five in Township eight North of Range _ _ containing forty acres more or less.

Item 5th I will and bequeath to my son Perry W. Turley _ _ piece or tract of land towit: The South East quarter of _ _ _ of section thirty-five in Toiwnship Eight _ of Range Six West containing forty acres more or less.

Item 6th I will and bequeath to my son William T. Turley the following piece _ of tract of land tpwnship _ _ _ quarter of the South West quarter of section three in _ _ _ west of Range six west containing forty acres mor or less.

Item 7th I will and bequeath to Sarah E. Turley _ A. Turley Ala_ J. Turley and my son Sylvester A. Turley _ _ _ household and kitchen furniture in manner following. That _ever any of the above parties become of age and wish to leave the family, I will that the _ household property _ valued and the party leaving take his or her one part of said houshold and kitchen furniture to himslelf.

Item 8th I will that my _ _ property towit stock of all kinds, be sold or so much thereof, as shall be sufficient to pay my debts, selling that first _ which my family can best do without, _ that the _ belong equally to my family.

Item 9th I appoint and ordain James Peden, Jonas Field my executors to this my last will and testament with _ to transact and _ pout the same according to the interest and _ thereof.

In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty-fifth day of November A. D. 1860

State of Indiana Greene County} I John I. Milam, clerk of the COurt of Common PLeas of said county certify that on this day James F. James took will and _ before me _ _ oath towit: I do solomonly swear that I was Oliver C. P. Turley sign sign seal publish and declare the above wiriting to be his last will and testament that at the of signing the same said testator was of sound and desposing memory, competent to _ his property and not under coercion or restraint that I _, that I signed my name thereto, as subscribing witness in his presence and in the presence of the other witness and that the request of the testator, that I am of lawful age and in no wise intrested in either the Real or personal esatate of sais testator. So help me God.
