Will of Oris B. RichesonBk. 4 pg. 550 I, Oris B. Richeson, at this time a resident of Bloomfield, in Greene County Indiana and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me made. Item 1 - It is my will and desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. Item 2 - I give and bequeath and device to my beloved wifer Martha E. Richeson, in lieu of her ights by descent or otherwise in my estate both real and personal, all the residue of my estate, real, personal and mixed of every kind and description, to have and to hold the same with the right to use, sell and convey any or all of the same, without any decress of the court and to use and expend the money derived from any sale she may make in any way she may desire. Item 3. At the death of my said wife, I give and bequeath all the residue of my property, if any, after paying my wife's just debts, expenses of last sickness and funeral expenses, to our children, who may be living at the time of my wife's death, they to have the same in fee, simple, absolute and in equal shares. Item 4 - I consititute and appont my beloved wife Martha E. Richeson, Executrix of this will and it is my will and disire that she giveno bond as such Executrix. Witness my hand and seal this 19 day of August 1912, at the town of Bloomfield, Greene County, Indiana
The foregoing instrument,signed, sealed and acknowledged by said Oris B. icheson, as and for his last will and testament, in our presence, who atr his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto this 19 day of August 1912.
State of Indiana, Greene County, ss: On this 8" day of January, A.D. 1918 in open court in the Greene Circuit COurt, in the Stata of Indiana, personally came James M. Hudson the subscribing witness to the annexed foregoing instrument of writing puporting to be the last will and testament of Oris B. Richeson, late of Greene County, in the State of Indiana, deceased. on his oath aforesaid, testified as follows towit: The he saw the said Oris B. Richeson in hid life-time, but who is now deceased, sign his name to the annexed and foregoing instrument of writing, as and for his last will and testament; that he heard him declare the same to be his last will and testament; and that James M. Hudson affiant and Meredith G. Messick signed their names thereto as attesting witnessess, at the request of said testator in his presence, and in the presences of each other, and that at the time he so executed said last will and testament he the said Oris B. Richeson was of full age to devise and bequeath his property, that he was of sound mind and dsposing mind and memory, and that he was not under the coercion or restraint of any person or persons, whomsoever and further saith not.
Subscribed and sworn to in open court, this 8" day of January, A.D.1918. In testimony whereof, I have hereinto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court, at office in Bloomfield, Indiana on this 8" day of January, A.D. 1918
