Imogene K. Musselman

In the Name of God Amen.

I Imogene K. Musselman, of Newberry, in the County of Greene, State of Indiana, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transatory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testaament.

First - I order and direct that my executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my deceased as conveniently may be.

Second - After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved sons, John F. Musselman and Omar E. Musselman, jointly, my farm in Daviess County, Indiana, in the North half of Section 30, Township 5 north of Range 6 West and containing 217 acres more or less.

Third - I give, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved son, Omar E. Musselman, my home in Newberry, Indianal, lots numbered 70 and 71 in Carpenter and Morss' Addition to the town of Newberry, Indiana.

Fourth - I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved son, John F. Musselman, Lots numbered 130, 131 and 132 in Carpenter and Morss' Addition of Newberry, Indiana.

Fifth - Unto John F. Musselman and Omar E. Musselman jointly, I give, devise and bequeath all houshold good, belonging to me, and all other personal property belonging to be of every form and description, not otherwise disposed of by this will.

Sixth - Unto my beloved husband, Amos Musselman, I hereby, give, devise and bequeath the sum of one hundred dollars.

Seventh - Unto Olive Hunington, now of Greenwood, Indiana, I hereby give, devise and bequeath, my sewing machine.

Eighth - I hereby request that my executor placew a respectable marker at the graves of Mary Jane Slinkard, Albert Slinkard, and Maude S. Benton, in the cemetery across the creek, south of Newberry.

Lastly, I make, constitute and appoint John E. Musselman, to be executor of this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the fifth day of December, in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thrity-one.

This Instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the said testator, Imogene K. Musselman, to be her last will and testament in the presence of us, who at her request have subscribed out names thereto as witnesses in her presence and in the presence of each other.

State of Indiana, Greene County, ss:

On this 23rd day of June A.D. 1932, in open court in the Greene Circuit Court in the State of Indiana, personally came Edwin Scott, one of the subscribing witnesses to the annexed foregoing instrument of writing purproting to be the last will and testament of Imogene K. Mussleman, late of Greene County, in the State of Indiana, deceased (who departed this life on the 27th day of March, 1932), who being not in open court duly sworn to testify the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, concerning the execution of the last will and testament of Imogene K. Mussleman, deceased, on his oath aforesaid, testified as follows, to-wit: That he was the said Imogene K. Mussleman, in her life-time, but who is now deceased, sign her name to the annexed and foregoing instrument of writing, as and for her last will and testament; and that Edwin Scott, this affiant, and Dr. M. L. Hamilton, signed their names, thereto as attesting witnesses, at the request of said testatrix, in her presence, and in the presence of each other, and that at the time she so executed aid last will and testament, that said Imogene K. Musselman was of full age to devise and bequeath her property; that she was of sound mind and disposing mind and memory, and that she was not under the coercion or restraint of any person or persons whomsoever, and further saith not.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court, at office in Bloomfield, on this 23 day of June, A.D. 1932

State of Indiana, Greene County, ss:

I, Elmer W. Sherwood, Clerk of the Greene Circuit Court of, Indiana, do hereby certify that the anexed and foregoing last will and testament of Imogene K. Musselman late of Greene County, deceased, has been duly admitted to probate; that its execution was this day fuly proven in open court, by the testimony of Edwin Scott, the subscribing witness hereto, whoe proofs, together with said last will and testament, have been duly recorded on page 98 of Will Record No.6 now on file in my office.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court, at office in Bloomfield, on ths 23 day of June A.D. 1932.
