Will of Willis Bogard



Bk 6 pg. 201

I, Willis Bogard, a resident of Washington twonship, Greene County Indiana, being of sound ming and disposing memory, and keeping in mind my two children Clair aand Bryce Bogard; do hereby make this my last will and testament.

Item 1 - I direct that all must just debts be paid.

Item 2- After payment of debts I will, devise and bequeath to my wife Alice Bogard, all of my estate, real, personal, and mixed of which I may die seized.

Item 3 - I appoint my wife, Alice Bogard, Executrix of my last will and testament to act without bond.

Item 4 - I hereby revoke any and all other wills which may have hereuntofore been made.

Willis Bogard

Subscribed and signed by the above named Willis Bogard as his last will and testament in the presence of each of us and by us in the presecence of said Willis Bogard. Jan. 20, 1933

State of Indiana, Greene County, ss:

On this 31st day of October, A.D. 1935, in open court in the Greene Circuit Court, in the State of Indiana, personally came James G. McKee one of the subscribing witnesses to the annexd foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Willis Bogard, late of Greene County, in the State of Indiana, deceased (who departed this life on the 27 day of October 1935), who being now in open court duly sworn to testify the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth concerning the execution of the last will and testament of Willis Bogard, deceased, on his oath aforesadi, testified as follows to-wit: That he saw the said Willis Bogard in his life-time, but who is not deceased, sign his name to the annexed and foregoing instrument of writing, as and for his last will and testament; and the Alvin R. McKee and this affiant signed their names thereto as attesting witnesses, at the request of said testator in his presence and in the presence of each other, and that at the time he so executed said last will and testament that said Willis Bogard was of full age to devise and bequeath his property; that he was of sound and disposing mind and memory, and that he was not inder the coercion or restraint of any person or persons whomsoever, and further saith not.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court, at office in Bloomfield on this 31st day of October 1935

I Tillman J. Bough, Clerk of the Green Circuit Court of Indiana, do hereby certify that the annexed and foregoing last will and testametn of Willis Bogard late of Greene County, deceased, had been duly admitted to probate; that its due execution was this day fully proven in open court, by the testimony of James G. McKee the subscribing witness hereto whos proofs, together with said last will and testament, have been duly recorded on page 201 of Will Recorded No 6 now on file in my office.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affied the seal of said court, at office in Bloomfield, 31st day of October 1935.
