Delinquent List of Lands and Lots Returned And Remaining Delinquent For The Non-Payment Of Taxes For The Year 1876
Clay Township - Howard County Indiana

Notice is hereby given that each of the following tracts of land and town lots or so much thereof as may be necessary, will be sold by the Treasurer of Howard County Indiana, according to law, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, to pay the taxes, penalty, interest and charges due on the same or from the owner or owners thereof, at the time of such sale, unless said taxes, interest, penalty and charges shall have been paid before the second Monday in February. A.D. 1878, at which time, between the hour of 10 o’clock A.M. and 4 o’clock P.M. said sale will be held at the Court House in said County and continue from day to day until all of said lands and lots are sold. Witness my hand and official seal at the city of Kokomo, Indiana this 30^th day of December A/D 1877 – Henry L. MORELAND, Auditor H.C.
