Margaret Catherine (STEWART) BESICKER was born in Hampshire Co. WV about 1842 and married John Moses BESICKER about 1862. The next record I have of them is that Margaret died in Howard Co. IN, in Oct. 1901.
Is there a cemetery index for Howard County or an obituary file in the library that would give information on Margaret or her family?
I have one son listed for them as Perry BESICKER but do not know if this is correct. If there is anyone working on this line, I would be happy to hear from them. Thank you. Pat

We don't have much info just a name, Linus STROUP, he would have been born in the early 1900's. He moved to Ohio for sometime and married A Viola P.BEARD in Defiance Oh. She was also originally from Kokomo In.
They divorced sometime after 1936 right after a son (my wifes father) was born. He then moved back to Kokomo In.,
we understand that he may have moved later to Indianapolis and operated a florist shop.
He apparently had another family, with children named Dennis, David and Diane
STROUP
We did hear that he did die, but my wife is interested in finding out any information on the family.

I have found the Henry JORDAN and Robert GIBBS families on the
1850 census of Carroll County. How far back do the death
records go for Carroll County? Howard County? and Cass County?
Also, I am curious to know if the Miles GOODWIN is the father of
Margaret GOODWIN JORDAN and the father-in-law of Henry Jordan. Henry
and Margaret were married in Preble County, Ohio in 1834.

I am looking for any and all ABRESCH family members. You may reach me at
mabresch@netusa1.net
Since the name is so unusual, anyone carrying that name is related and I am
trying to find out how we are all related. I know that our grandfather was
Harry O. ABRESCH and He married Lucille SOLOMON.
All the people in Howard
County with the name Abresch are related in some fashion.
I would like to
get information on other Abresch's throughout the United States. Any
information will be GREATLY appreciated.
