I am looking for any information concerning the following people.
John S. HOLLAR, Sr. and wife unknown who moved to Montgomery County from Blount County, Tennessee sometime between 1828 & 1831.
At that time they were about 55 years of age. They probably moved with their sons:
John S. HOLLAR, Jr., Zachariah HOLLAR, Elam HOLLAR, Daniel HOLLAR, Isum HOLLAR,
& daughters
Mary Malinda LANE, Jane S. PATTISON, Adaline MCLAUGHLIN, & Cynthia Lee COX.
Daniel & Mary Polly Breeden Goodwin HOLLAR had four children who were born in Crawfordsville;
Jane Hollar, John S. Hollar , Daniel Marion Hollar, and Adaline Hollar,
all of these persons married in either Montgomery or Howard Counties.
I am looking for birth, death, marriage, will, probate, land, obituary,or newspaper records. I can provide some information to others needing clues about these persons.

I am trying to get birth certificate information on my great grandfather Isaac Monroe WOOD or WOODS. He was supposedly born March 30, 1850 or 1851 in Howard County Indiana. I have hit a stopping point in my genealogy search until I can find out the names of his parents.

I am searching for information about my husband's family. His great grandfather was Stephen Titus BARNES. His great grandfather was William Wilson BARNES.
When we were in Kokomo recently, we found information about Stephen Titus and the possibility of his having been married twice previously. I was wondering how I could confirm this information.
I know that he was married to Rosella LACEY, and she died in Dec., 1882. I also know that in the Rev. Hayden E. Rayburn's marriage record, Stephen T. was married to Rebecca A MILLIKAN. I cannot, however, find any record of this marriage ending.
Stephen did move to Illinois, but I do not know if Rebecca traveled with him. He married Sarah Jane ROPER in Saline Co, Illinois, sometime between 1884 and 1892.

My mom's grandmother was Mary Ellen BAKER of Arcadia, IN married to John ROLLINS & they had eleven children ~ two of the girls, Nora Dell & Ethel married two ARBUCKLE brothers ~ Claude & Buck from Kokomo. Mom (Mary Rebecca Arbuckle) is 87 & doing great!

Am looking for information about the COXON Family of Kokomo, Ind. at the turn of the 20th century.
Three Girls, Nelle, Adele, and Hannah.
Hannah is my maternal grandmother, and married Mark Anthony BROWN also of Kokomo.
Would like info about him too.
To my knowledge the Coxons were a prominent family.

I am looking for any information on Susanna REEL b July 1830 in Indiana, married on 22 Sep 1855 in Howard Co., Indiana to George W. PORTER. They had 6 children. Susanna Reels father was Nicholas REEL but I'm not sure on her mothers name.

I am looking for any available information regarding my deceased grandmother Bessie MCFADDEN formerly of Kokomo. She was born in the early 1900's. Her Mothers maiden name was SPALDING. My grandmother also had an identical twin sister . Two sisters names I know are Helen, and Pauline.
She married Frank CARUANA a recent WWI veteran and immagrant from Europe in the early 1920's. (my grandfather served with an Army unit from In.)

Silas W.R. JONES (1814-1911) died in Howard County on Nov 21, 1911 after marrying Hanna SLYTER (his third wife) in 1891.
He had migrated from Owen Co. IN to Oregon in 1853, fathered 15 children, and returned to his native state in 1890.
He lived close to one of his brothers, Dr. Matthew M. JONES (1818-1891, married Eliza Jane DEAN) for a few months before this brother's death on Jan 27, 1891. Three sons of Matthew M. JONES were: Tilgham Lafayette JONES, Mort C. JONES and Joseph W. JONES, all of Kokomo.
