I am researching the BRADBURNS and STROUPS especially during the period between 1860-1880.
My great grandparents Ann (HENRY) and Barnabus BRADBURN were married in Tipton Co. IN in 1851. They had 4 children by 1860 according to the Clinton Co, IN census.
Before 1870 Barnabus and Ann had either disappeared or died.
My grandfather, Thomas BRADBURN, born 1860 in Clinton Co, IN and one of his brothers, Wm. BRADBURN, born 1857 were raised by "Aunt Libby STROUP".
For over 8 years I have tried everything possible to find out what happened to them without success.
Their oldest daughter, Jane (BRADBURN) STROUP, (Mrs. Lemuel Hinkle STROUP) lived in Kokomo at late as 1920.
Jane and Lemuel had two daughters. One daughter married Albert ANDERSON.
I would love to correspond with anyone interested in these families.

Am seeking additional info on family of Dr and Mrs Franklin M TRUESDELL of Kokomo.
He was born in Peru, Ind in 1859, son of Stephen and Emily (MOREHEAD) TRUESDELL. I think they came to Kokomo in the 1860's or 1870's. Emily Truesdell had a school for young children.
Franklin was their only child. I think he married Lizzie KING, also of Kokomo in 1883. I think they were divorced prior to 1890 but I don't know where.
In 1890 he married Anna Lee HENDRICKS of Louisville, Ky. They had two children Emily born Aug of 1891 in Louisville and James Ralph TRUESDELL, I think born in Kokomo in August of 1892.
The family settled in Kokomo, and Frank TRUESDELL had a dental office somewhere in town. Later he went to the Panama Canal Zone, although the rest of the family stayed in Kokomo and the two children graduated from Kokomo High School, at least Emily in 1910. A few years later, the family left the area.
If you can suggest any other sources of info about any of this family info, I will be very grateful

John MILLER filed an affadavit on 17 August 1873 on behalf of his sister's petition for a War of 1812 widow's pension. Mr. Miller's affadavit says he was 81 years old and a resident of Howard County, Indana.
The affadavit bears witness signatures of Jonah G. BROWN and Solomon BALL as well as the certification of notary public John H(?) STONE. Perhaps these names can provide some guidance regarding the Howard county township or community where Mr. Miller lived, the church he belonged to, etc.
I am hopeful that researching Mr. Miller will help me overcome my "brick wall" with his sister, my 3greats-grandmother. The Millers lived in Lewistown, Mifflin County, PA, in the early part of the century, but I have been unable to identify their parents.

Would like further information on Temperance Jane CRUME, the daughter of George M. and Mahala CRUME. Temperance Crume was born in July 1883 in Howard Co. She married 1) Peter COY, in 1879 Howard Co. and 2) John CROUSORE/COUSERE, in 1899. Were there any children from either of these marriages? Temperance died 29 March 1930. Does anyone have her obituary?
