Eddie Charles Bell

Eddie Charles Bell, 56, Norman, died at 12:35 p.m. Monday, Aug. 21, 2006, at his residence.

Mr. Bell attended First Pentecostal Church, Brownstown. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and loved to fish and hunt.

Born Aug. 21, 1950, in Norman, he was a son of C.A. Bell and Beatrice Charles, both of whom preceded in him death.

Survivors include one son, Charles Bell, Lakeland, Fla.; friend and caregiver, Alberta Horton, Norman; two brothers, Ralph (Shirley) Bell, Brownstown, and Clifford (Melissa) Bell, Lakeland, Fla.; two sisters, Shirley (Rick) Henderson, Medora, and Cheyenne (Carl) Haynes, Rembert, S.C.; one grandson, Drake Bell, Lakeland, Fla.

He was preceded in death by one brother, David Bell.

Pastor Ron Cox will conduct funeral services at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Brownstown.

Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Liberty Cemetery, Norman.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to donor's choice.
