Mildred Louise Jenkinson
July 6, 1913 – June 13, 2006Mildred Louise Jenkinson, 92, of Brownstown and formerly of Seymour, died at 3:09 p.m. June 13, 2006, at Hoosier Christian Village, Brownstown. Mrs. Jenkinson was a housewife.
Born July 6, 1913, in Madison, she was a daughter of Charles and Cora Monroe, both of whom preceded her in death. On Feb. 28, 1934, she married Leslie Jenkinson, who died June 2, 2005.
Survivors include a daughter, Sherryl Jenkinson, Florida; five grandchildren, Diana Glasson, Gregg and Brett Jenkinson, Ann Cain and Chris Spencer; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Herb M. Jenkinson; a brother, Raymond Monroe; and a sister, Lillian Goss.
The Rev. Rosa Harris will conduct funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Voss Chapel, Seymour. Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Friday at the funeral home.
