Maureen Finch-Lynch
Maureen Finch-Lynch, 41, of Castroville, Calif., and formerly of Seymour, died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2002, at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.
She graduated from Monterey High School in 1977 and was a member of American Bikers Aimed Toward Education of Indiana. She enjoyed working with children and had operated a daycare center many years ago. She also enjoyed reading and donating her time to others.
Born Jan. 20, 1961, she was a native of England.
Survivors include a daughter, Katie Rose Finch, Indiana; a son, Stewart Mark Finch, Indiana; three sisters, Eilene Schmidt, Castroville, Calif., Lynn Hayes, Santa Clara, Calif., and Sherrie Gruwell, Seaside, Calif.; and a niece, Savannah Schmidt, Castroville, Calif.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour, with a one-hour visitation period before the service.
