Dewey Eldo McLin II

Dewey Eldo McLin II, 57, Franklin, did Wednesday, April 24, 2002, at his residence.

Mr. McLin was a 1962 graduate of Anderson High School and was a self-employed carpenter for 37 years. He was a Past Master at the Nineveh Masonic Lodge 317, and a member of the Church of the Lakes, the Antique Machinery Club and Carpenters Union 1775 in Columbus.

Born Oct. 26, 1944, in Anderson, he was a son of Dewey Eldo and Cleta June Lane McLin.

He is survived by his parents; his wife, Joyce Ann Martin McLin, Franklin; two sons, Dr. Dewey Eldo McLin III and Yasunori Matsui, both of Franklin; a daughter, Holly M. McLin, Franklin; a sister, Deborah Wright, Greenwood; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas McLin.

Dr. Bruce Bendinger will conduct funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Vandivier-Tudor Funeral Home, Franklin. A Masonic service will be held at 8 p.m. today, also at the funeral home. Burial will be at Nineveh Cemetery, Nineveh.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
