Carrie Ellen Smallwood Prante
Carrie Ellen Smallwood Prante, 44, Fountain Valley, Calif., died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2006, in Sedona, Ariz.
Mrs. Prante was a nurse.
Born in 1962, in Indianapolis, she was a daughter of Rod and Evelyn Carr Smallwood.
She married Jeff Prante, who survives in Fountain Valley.
Other survivors include two children, Keith Prante and Sara Prante, both of Fountain Valley; a sister, Connie Smallwood (Dan) Mueller, San Clemente, Calif.; two nephews, Luke and Andrew Mueller, San Clemente; a niece, Caitlin Mueller, San Clemente; and an aunt, Helen Carr (Eugene) Lane, Medora.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sib and Belle Carr.
A memorial service will be conducted at noon Sunday at Mariners Church, Irvine, Calif.
Memorials may be given to the Carrie Ellen Prante Memorial Fund at the Orange County Community Foundation.
