Bailey Robert Smith
Bailey Robert Smith, 55, Freetown, died today, Wednesday, April 3, 2002, at Memorial Hospital, Seymour.
Born Dec. 17, 1946, in Kentucky,. he was a son of William R. Smith and Josephine Coob Smith. On July 19, 1997, he married Deborah Roseberry in Jackson County and she survives.
Other survivors include two brothers, Wayne Smith and Kirk VanArsdale; three sisters, Wanda Rose, Bonnie Reed and Reba VanArsdale; five children, Kanois Gay, April Bannister, Lance (Jennifer) Miller, Jeffery Bannister and Charlie Bannister; six grandchildren and five nieces and nephews.
The Rev. Kelly Reed will conduct funeral services at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.
