This Indenture Witnesseth That we Michael Heiwig and Mary Heiwig his wife of Jackson County, in the State of Indiana, 
CONVEY and WARRANT to Alexander J.D. Thurston of Jackson County, in the State of Indiana, for the sum of 
five hundred dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following REAL ESTATE, in Jackson County, 
in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
Lot number three hundred and eight (308) in Block W in the City of Seymour.
