This Indenture Witnesseth, That Mary Heiwig and Michael Heiwig her husband of Jackson County, in the State of 
Indiana, MORTGAGE AND WARRANT.
To EINTRACHT BUILDING, LOAN FUND AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, of the City of Seymour, in the County of Jackson, 
and State of Indiana, the following described Real Estate, in Jackson County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
Lot number three hundred and eight (308) in Block W. in the City of Seymour
To secure the payment, when they shall become due, of all dues, fines and assessments assessed upon 
said Mortgageor, or stock, by said Association, and also for the repayment of a loan to said Association, 
by said Mortgageor, evidenced by a promissory note, of even date herewith, for the sum of [?] hundred 
dollars with (6) six per cent, interest thereon from date, payable monthly in advance.  The Mortgageors 
agree to pay said dues, fines, assessments and said note, without relief from valuation or appraisement 
laws of the State of Indiana.
In Witness Whereof, Said Mortgageors have hereunto affixed their hand and seals this 11th day of 
December 1879
