Mrs. Lilliam Horn, of Seymour has returned home from Schneck Memorial Hospital where she underwent a major operation recently.

William Jackson, of Austin has returned home from Schneck Memorial Hospital, where he had been receiving treatment for a fractured leg.

Edward Unkle, of Seymour, has returned home from Schneck Memorial Hospital, where he underwent an acute appendicitis operation several days ago.

Two large radishes, each of rather an odd shape, were brought to the Tribune office today by Burton Swain, III, and Bill Swain, who raised them in their garden.

The condition of F. J. Voss, of Seymour, who underwent an operation for the removal of his right leg at Schneck Memorial Hospital several days ago, was improving today.

Mr. and Mrs Walter LaMaster, Homestead avenue, are the parents of a son, born Sunday at Schneck Memorial Hospital. Mr. LaMaster is a state police officer stationed at the local post.

Mrs. Stuart Blish and son, Tipton S. Blish, III, have returned to their home, 327 Calvin Boulevard, from the Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, where the baby was born on May 28.

Harry McMillan, North Walnut street, who underwent an operation at the Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, recently, returned to his home in the city, Saturday. He is improving nicely.

Miss Mary Catherine Droege, of this city, who underwent an operation at the Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, Saturday, is quite ill but is reported to be doing as well as can be expected.

Funeral services for Donald Eugene Jaynes, age sixteen, who died at the home at Chestnut Ridge south of Seymour, Friday afternoon, were conducted at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon from the Voss Mortuary with Dr. A. A. Cohn, pastor of the First Baptist Church, in charge. Burial was in the Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. (*His death was from leukemia.)

The Seymour fire department was summoned at 8:15 o'clock Sunday morning to the 800 block on South Walnut street but firemen could locate no fire after their arrival. It was later learned the call had been for a house outside the city limits on South Walnut street road, and that the fire was reported out shortly after the call had been placed.

Earl Gerkensmeyer who underwent an operation for appendicitis at the Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, Friday morning, is reported to be doing nicely. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Gerkensmeyer, West Fifth street.

The Rev. A. H. Herkamp, of this city, preached Sunday morning at St. John's Lutheran Church at Lexington, Ky. He was accompanied by Mrs. Herkamp and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Herkamp. They returned through Maysville, Ky. and Cincinnati.
