ALLMAN-Philip Allman and wife, of Pleasant Grove neighborhood, received a message last week announcing the death of their son, Private Fred Allman, which occurred in a hospital in France, October 16th of pneumonia. He left for Camp Sherman, Ohio, June 26th and arrived in France about three months ago.

He is survived by his widow, one son, also his parents, two sisters and six brothers, viz:

Mrs. Lawrence Fleetwood of Seymour, and Mrs. Fred Lucas, of Pleasant Grove, William, Edward, Samuel, Martin, Philip and Ezra.
