DIED

ACTON- Richard Acton died at his home at Freetown, Tuesday evening, at 7:15. The deceased was born near Crab Orchard, Kentucky, February 16, 1816, and came to Indiana when about fourteen years of age and settled near Houston and remained a resident of Saltcreek township until his death. A wife, three sons and four daughters survive. Funeral at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
