Imogene Anderson, 78, Bedford, died Tuesday, May 29, 2007, at her residence. Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker.
Born March 9, 1929, in London, Ky., she was a daughter of Jeff and Daisy (Hinton) Smith, both of whom preceded her 
in death. On Nov. 21, 1953, she married Carl B. Anderson, who preceded her in death Oct. 18, 2006.
Survivors include a daughter, Lynette (James) Martin, Bedford; a son, Randy Carl (Debbie) Anderson, Bedford; three 
grandchildren, April Anderson, Jaime (Brian) Young and Danielle Anderson; two great-granddaughters, Jolee Young and 
Angelena Zeri; a brother, Festus Smith, Norman; and three sisters, Foist Roney and Corene Romine, both of Seymour, 
and Lois Cain, Dearborn, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and -nephews.
She was preceded in death by four sisters, Lena Brewer, Doris Brown, and Edith Boling and Pauline in infancy, and a 
grandson, Joey Martin.
The Rev. Ted Murphy will conduct funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, Bedford. Burial 
will take place at Leesville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
