Michael Dean Ballard
Michael Dean Ballard, 48, Brownstown, passed away at 1:29 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, at Schneck Medical Center, Seymour.
Mr. Ballard was a member of Brownstown Christian Church and was a registered nurse working in emergency and intensive care. He was also a paramedic.
Born Dec. 22, 1960, in Porta Lavaca, Texas, he was the son of Donald B. and Ann Reece Pegran Ballard, both of whom survive in Godley, Texas. On Dec. 28, 1991, in Jefferson, Iowa, he married Michelle Ann Weaver, who survives in Brownstown. 
ther survivors include three sons, Michael Wayne Ballard, Fort Worth, Texas, Cody Nelson Ballard and Micah Dean Ballard, both of Brownstown; one daughter, Marena Michelle Ballard, Brownstown; and one sister, Kathryn D'Ann Walley, Godley, Texas.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Karena Kay Ballard.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brownstown Christian Church, Brownstown. Interment will be in Chrisney, Ind.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the church.
