The Tribune Seymour, Indiana Tuesday, May 29, 1984 Page 10 Adrel Benbrook Adrel A. Benbrook, 67, of 684 S. O'Brien Street, died at 6:39 p.m. Saturday at Jackson County Schneck Memorial Hospital. He had been sick for two weeks. He was a veteran of World War II and a retired electrician. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Local Union 16 IBEW, the Masonic Lodge and Order of Eastern Star, Masonic service and Eastern Star service. Born on May 27, 1916, in Conway, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Frank W. and Nora S. Campbell Benbrook. He moved to Jackson County in 1953. On February 11, 1955, in Seymour, he married Monis L. Stout Beard, who survives. Other survivors include two sons, Adrel A. Benbrook Jr., Flint, Michigan, and James F. Benbrook, Mission Viego, California; one daughter, Mrs. William (Adele) Cordes, Orleans; one stepson, Frank P. Beard Jr., Crothersville R2; one stepdaughter, Judith Beard, Seymour; one sister, Montine Henderson, Mountain Home, Arkansas; six grandchildren and three step-grandchildren. Two brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
