Steven Blane Bohall, 56, Vallonia, passed away at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at his residence.

Mr. Bohall was a member of Community Church of Brownstown. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars of Salem, American Legion of Salem and the Coon Hunters Association.

Born December 15, 1955, in Seymour, he was the son of Junior Willis Bohall, who preceded him in death, and Verna Mae England, who survives. He married Gwen Jessup Bohall on February 28, 1976, in Seymour, and she survives.

Other survivors include one son, John Barry Bohall, Phoenix, Ariz.; two daughters, Stephanie Lyn Cantelme, Brownstown, and Crystal Gayle Hampton, Vallonia; and four grandchildren, Hanna Bohall, Phoenix, Ariz., Austin Cantelme, Brownstown, Joey Hampton, Vallonia, and Allyssa Bohall, Sulphur, La.

He was preceded in death by his father, Junior Willis Bohall; stepfather, Jack Lewis; brother, Willis Bohall Jr.; grandmother, Ethel Smallwood; and aunt, Patty England.

Lonny Goen will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Spurgeon Funeral Home Inc., Brownstown. Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Brownstown.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
