Seymour Daily Tribune November 22, 2006 Marilyn Maschino Braley Marilyn Maschino Braley, 64, Madison, died at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2006, at her residence. Mrs. Braley was a graduate of Hayden High School and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church at Four Corners near Hayden. She had resided in the Madison Community the past 35 years and was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and had attended the former St. Anthony Catholic Church. She had helped her husband with his sawmill business and was the meal site coordinator for Area 12 Council on Aging in Madison. She enjoyed crocheting in her early years, reading and playing computer games on her computer. Born March 20, 1942, in North Vernon, she was the daughter of Chester and Grace Moore Maschino, both of whom preceded her in death. On Nov. 16, 1963, she married Harold D. Barley, who survives. Other survivors include a son, David D. Braley, Hanover; a daughter, Joan K. Morrison and her companion, Timothy J. Hill, Indianapolis; four sisters, Doris (Kenneth) Tormoehlen and LaVerne (Jerry) Taskey, both of Seymour, Helen (Ray) Elkins, Paris Crossing and Christine (Mike) Fordice, Hayden; four brothers, Alvin "Bud" (Brenda) Maschino, Joe (Patricia) Maschino, Ernie (Sarah) Maschino and Alan (Cindy) Maschino, all of North Vernon; three grandchildren, Ryan J. Morrison, Angel R. Morrison and Kendra Dawn Braley and several nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Carolyn Spicer. The Rev. John A. Meyer will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, Madison. Burial will take place at Tanglewood Cemetery, Versailles. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. John A. Meyer will conduct the Rosary service at 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Tanglewood Baptist Church.
