Seymour Daily Tribune Bizzie Lee Brock rites Wednesday January 8, 1989 Bizzie Lee Brock, 79, of 721 E. Third St., Seymour, died at 5:53 p.m. Sunday at Jackson County Schneck Memorial Hospital. She had been in failing health for two years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was a housewife. Mrs. Brock was born on May 28, 1909, in Atalla, Ala., to charles and Beatrive Brown Beard. She moved to Jackson County in 1950. She married Rufus M. Brock on Nov. 13, 1929, in Gadston, Ala. He died on Nov. 18, 1964. Surviving are three sons, Rufus Lee "R.L." Brock, Seymour R7; and Morris L. "Red" Brock, Seymour; two daughters, Mrs. Dan (Pauline) VonFange, Seymour; and Mrs. Charles (Mary) Denson, Old Hickory, Tenn.; four sisters, Virginia humpher, Boaz, Ala.; Beatrice Bachelor, Collinsville, Ala.; Mary Davenport, Trinity, N.C.; and Birtha Spencer, Muncie; 26 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, a son, five brothers and two sisters. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Voss Chapel, Seymour. The Rev. D.G. Morris will officiate. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery, Seymour. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Wednesday. Memorials can be made to the Heart Fund.
