Seymour Indiana Tribune Harold D. Brock April 14, 1920 – Feb. 16, 2003 Harold D. Brock, 82, Seymour, died at 10:35 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, 2003, at Memorial Hospital. Mr. Brock was a World War II veteran who retired as an aircraft mechanic from Bakalar Air Force Base and was also a self-employed farmer. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Jonesville, and a mem-ber of the American Legion. Born April 14, 1920, in Fairmont, W.Va., he was a son of Charles G. and Katherine Snoderly Brock, who pre-ceded him in death. He married Norma Jean Bergsieker Jan. 8, 1944, in Jonesville, and she survives. He also is survived by two sons, William (JoAnn) Brock and Robert (Jill) Brock, both of Seymour; two daughters, Peggy (David) Loyd and Patricia Brock, both of Columbus; six grandchildren, Kimberly Enzinger, James Brock, Kathryn Springhorn, Elizabeth Brown, Andrew Brock and Allyson Brock; four great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Betha Bendle, Florida, and Flora Pizzo, Georgia. He was preceded in death by six brothers, Webster, Robert, Mark, Paul, George and John Brock, and two sisters, Minnie Heck and Mary Williams. The Rev. Ottis Sauls will conduct funeral services at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Jonesville, with burial in the church cemetery. Full military graveside rites will be conducted. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour, and from 9 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the church.
