Lois A. Cain

Lois A. Cain, 91, Brownstown, died at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2002, at Hoosier Christian Village, Brownstown.
Mrs. Cain was a member of Brownstown United Methodist Church and had been a member of Freetown Homemakers Club. She moved to Jackson County from Greenwood in 1968.
Born Sept. 11, 1910, in Grand Haven, Mich., she was the daughter of James and Amelia Sark McCurdy. On Dec. 15, 1936, in Greenfield, she married Guy B. Cain, who died Feb. 17, 1993.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Bilbee, Lombard, Ill.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Homer and William McCurdy; a grandson, James Bilbee; and a great-granddaughter, Callie Rohr.
The Rev. Jack Shake and the Rev. Kenneth Jurgens will conduct services at noon Saturday at Winklepleck-Weesner Funeral Home, Brownstown. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Brownstown.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Hoosier Christian Village Auxiliary.
