Seymour Daily Tribune February 19, 2002 Jimmy D. Collinsworth Jimmy D. Collinsworth, 52, Underwood, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2002, at his home. Mr. Collinsworth was retired from Louisville Cement Co. and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Born July 12, 1949, in Lee County, Ky., he was a son of Ted Collinsworth and Irene Samples Richie. His mother survives in Underwood. His wife, Lillie Barrett Collinsworth, also survives in Underwood. Other survivors include two daughters, Jessica Stemler, Nashville, Tenn., and Cathy Crook, Indianapolis; a stepdaughter, Jackie Shadday, North Vernon; three stepsons, Tom Barrett, Seymour, Brian Barrett, Phoenix, Ariz.; and Jason Barrett, Austin; 10 grandchildren; a brother, Bobby G. Collinsworth, North Vernon; and three sisters, Donna Cline, Deputy, Sondra Fewell, Scottsburg, and Louette Cunningham, Conroe, Texas. The Rev. Steve Gwaltney will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Buchanan Funeral Home, Austin. Burial will be in Pisgah Cemetery, Deputy. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1083 of Crothersville will conduct military graveside rites. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
