Seymour Tribune Kay L. Davis 1939 - 2008 Kay L. Davis, 69, Medora, passed away at 10:23 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008, at Covered Bridge Health Campus, Seymour. Mr. Davis worked for Rock-Tenn, Columbus, and Dura Automotive, Brownstown, as an electrician. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving from 1957-1958. He was a member of Medora Christian Church and Fraternal Order of Eagles 655, Seymour. He loved to hunt, fish and spend time with grandchildren, family and friends. Born March 5, 1939, in Bradford, Ohio, he was the son of Kenneth Davis, who survives in Greensburg, and Ruby Earnest Davis, who preceded him in death. He married Judy Reynolds Davis, who survives in Medora. Other survivors include son, Kevin (Tammy) Davis, Seymour; daughters, Teresa (Larry) Weir, Seymour, and Katrina (Steve) Lynch, Brownstown; one brother, Larry (Judy) Davis, Greensburg; nine grandchildren, Brandon Weir, Pamela (Daniel) Noblitt, Logan Lynch, Cody K.L. Lynch, Lindsey Davis, Tyler Davis, Trevor Davis, Seth Kinworthy and Tyler Selfridge; three great-grandchildren, Kaydan Noblitt, Addison Kinworthy and Lane Selfridge. He was preceded in death by one brother, John Davis and two nephews, Terry Davis and Larry Davis Jr. Minister Joshua Deering will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Monday at Hague Funeral Home, Medora. Burial will take place at River Valley Cemetery, Medora, with full military rites. Friends may call from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home.
