Nora May Eglen

Nora May Eglen, 82, Medora, died at 10:30 p.m. Monday, July 3, 2006, at Covered Bridge Health Campus, Seymour.
Mrs. Eglen loved to cook, make crafts and play bingo. She was a homemaker and worked at Panosote in Seymour for several years.
Born May 11, 1924, in Cook County, Ill., she was a daughter of Henry Weddell and Amanda Anna Lutes Weddell, both of whom preceded her in death. On Oct. 15, 1954, she married Joseph Lewis Eglen Jr., who preceded her in death in December 1983.
Survivors include several nieces, nephews and friends.
Pastor John Thrasher will conduct funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hague Funeral Home, Medora. Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Brownstown.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Medora United Methodist Church or Covered Bridge Health Campus, Seymour.
