Seymour Daily Tribune February 19, 2002 Lee Edward England Lee Edward England, 71, Columbus, died at 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, 2002, at his home. Mr. England was a retired self-employed auto mechanic and house painter and was a member of Divine Vision Baptist Church in Columbus. Born Oct. 17, 1930, in Red Lick, Ky., he was the son of Ruben L. and Mandy Elizabeth Bragg England. On Jan. 10, 1949, at Jeffersonville, he married Maris Jane Hook, who survives. Other survivors include five sons, Russell, Robert and Reed England, all of Columbus, Steven Rand England, Indianapolis, and Richard W. England, Seymour; a daughter, Regina F. Runyon, Seymour; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Rodell M. England, and a grandchild, Steven R. Dickmeyer. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at Norman Funeral Home, Hope. Burial will be in Garland Brook Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Hospice of South Central Indiana.
