Ida May Farmer

Ida May Farmer, 83, Austin, died Sunday, April 14, 2002, at her home.
Mrs. Farmer was a member of Ivy Hill Baptist Church.
She was born March 20, 1919, in Harlan County, Ky. On Sept. 22, 1956, she married Darrell Farmer and he survives in Austin.
She also is survived by a son, Alfred Farmer, Austin; three daughters, June Farmer, Salem, Ellen Muncy, Campbellsburg, and Ersheline Sandlin, Austin; 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
The Rev. James Daniels will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ivy Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be at Ivy Hill cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday at Buchanan Funeral Home, Austin.
