Harvey Keith Fleetwood, 56, of Slidell, La., and formerly of Vallonia, died at 6:15 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29, 2006, at Slidell.
Mr. Fleetwood was a member of Haleysburg Church of the Nazarene. He served in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1972 and from 1975 to 1986. He was a truck driver and a 1969 graduate of Brownstown Central High School.
Born Feb. 14, 1950, in Winchester, he was a son of Millard D. Fleetwood and Geraldine Devina Fleetwood, both of whom preceded him in death. On Feb. 18, 1995, in Salem, he married Becky Hostetler Fleetwood, who survives.
Other survivors include two children, Brian Fleetwood and Bernie Fleetwood, both of Seymour; two step-daughters; four brothers, Darvin Fleetwood and Danny Fleetwood, both of Vallonia, and Jim Fleetwood and Mike Fleetwood, both of Medora; three sisters, Gwynden Dillman and Regina Coffey, both of Vallonia, and Karen Scott, Medora; and a grandson, Sam Fleetwood, Seymour.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Rhonda Underwood, and a brother, Dwayne Fleetwood. Mark Roberts will conduct a memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday at Haleysburg Church of the Nazarene.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be given to Fleetwood family.
