Seymour Daily Tribune May 13, 2002 Harlle Fugate Harlle Fugate, 67, Austin, died Saturday, May 11, 2002, at Clark Memorial Hospital, Jeffersonville. Mr. Fugate lived most of his life in Scott County. He was a re-tired grounds-keeper for the Madison State Hospital in Madison with 32 years of service. He was a member of Lexington Masonic Lodge 622 and was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in the Korean conflict. Born Dec. 26, 1934, in Hardburly, Ky., he was a son of James C. Fugate and Prudie Couch, who both preceded him in death. He is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Everhart, Austin, and Donna Spicer, Scottsburg; a son, Arlie W. Fugate, Lexington; four sisters, Nancy Clair, Virginia, Ida Newsome, Kent, and Mary Sizemore and Ethel Blackburn, both of Lexington; and six grandchildren. Lionel A. Talbott will conduct funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Collins Funeral Home, Scottsburg. Burial will be at Kent Cemetery, Kent. A military graveside service will be conducted by Corothersville VFW Post 1083. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until time of services Tuesday at the funeral home. A Masonic memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
