Seymour Daily Tribune March 13, 2002 Clarence A. Graham Clarence A. “Peach” Graham, 81, Crothersville, died at 9:53 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2002, at Scott Memorial Hospital, Scottsburg. Mr. Graham retired from Cummins Engine Co. Plant 2 in Columbus in 1980 after 33 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served with the 778th Tank Battalion in World War II. He was of the Methodist faith and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Deputy. Born March 6, 1921, in Jennings County, he was a son of John Mason Graham and Mary Emma Hash Graham. On Dec. 12, 1941, he married Della Ilene Wilson, who died June 23, 2000. Survivors include six sons, Clarence Graham Jr., Wichita Falls, Texas, Darrell Gene Graham, Grammer, Dennis Dale Graham, Daniel Gayle Graham, Ontario, Canada, and Michael Damon Graham and Rodney Dee Graham, both of Crothersville; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Katherine Martin, Greensburg. He was preceded in death by three brothers, five sisters and an infant son, Carroll Francis Graham. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Adams Funeral Home, Crothersville. Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Austin. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the family, Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Southern Indiana Hospice or donor’s choice.
