Charles Daniel Gregory

Charles "Chuck" Daniel Gregory, 62, Seymour, died at 3:39 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, 2006, at Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis.
Mr. Gregory was territory manager, tractor division at Buhler Versatile Inc. for 34 years. He attended Brownstown Christian Church, where he had served as an elder and deacon for many years. He was very active in the different activities of his church. He had coached Pal League locally and worked with youth groups in different capacities. He graduated from Alfordsville High School in 1961.
Born Oct. 23, 1943, in Daviess County, he was a son of Ralph Nelson Gregory and Vivian Stewart. He married Margaret Katheryn Ziegler on April 15, 1962, and she survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Deloris and Bart Newton, Owensville, and Gwen Gregory, Seymour; two sons, Daniel and Stephanie Gregory, Wake Forest, N.C., and Donald and Ann Gregory, Seymour; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandson and one sister, Margaret Crouch, Mooresville.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Adams; and three brothers, Raymond, George and Bruce Gregory.
The Rev. Bart Newton and the Rev. Michael Hogg will conduct funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Gill Chapel, Washington.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Johnson Bible College, Knoxville, Tenn.
