Theresa Rose Griffith
Theresa Rose Griffith, 52, North Vernon, died at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2002, at Columbus Regional Hospital, Columbus.
Mrs. Griffith worked for Masco Tech as well as Componex, True Temper, Plasfinco and Metal Dyne. She was a member of the VFW and Amvets Ladies Auxiliary.
Born Aug. 19, 1949, in Jennings County, she was a daughter of the late Robert Gross and Opal Leahigh Gross, who survives in North Vernon.
She also is survived by three daughters, Bobbie Griffith, Laura Griffith and Melissa Wells, all of North Vernon; three sons, Christopher “Chris” Griffith, Darren Griffith and Robert Griffith, all of North Vernon; two sisters, Virginia Bradley, Westport, and Sandra Nantz, Butlerville; a brother, Donald Leahigh, Bloomington; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Pickett Funeral Home, North Vernon. Burial will be at Butlerville Cemetery, Butlerville.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
