Seymour Daily Tribune May 13, 2002 Billy Ray Hall Billy Ray Hall, 48, Austin, died Saturday, May 11, 2002, at University of Louisville Hospital, Louisville. Mr. Hall was a former plasterer for Southwest Stucco in Bradenton, Fla., and the co-owner of D&H Appliance, Scottsburg. He was a member of the Scottsburg Lanes Men’s League and attended Scottsburg First Christian Church, Scottsburg. He lived in Clark County most of his life. Born Sept. 16, 1953, in Scottsburg, he was a son of Truman Hall and Mary Harris, who both preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Judy A. Richards Hall, Austin; a son, Steven R. Hall, Jeffersonville; three daughters, Michelle R. Cash, Bradenton, Fla., Tonya E. Hall, Marysville, and Kimberly H. Frelberger, New Albany; two stepchildren, Jeffrey Cummins and Kara Cummins, both of Austin; seven brothers, Donald Hall, Underwood, Delbert Hall, Scottsburg, Randall Hall, Lexington, Ernest Hall, Henryville, the Rev. Gary Hall, Madisonville, Ky., Bruce Hall, Bertrand, Mo., and Danny Hall, Bradenton, Fla.; a sister, Shirley Ballard, New Albany; and 12 grandchildren. He also was preceded by a sister, Clara Irene Hall. Phil LaMaster will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Scottsburg First Christian Church. Burial will be at Pigeon Roost Cemetery, near Underwood. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Collins Funeral Home, Scottsburg, and from 9 a.m. until time of services Wednesday at the church. Memorials may be made to the liver transplant unit at Indiana University Medical Center, in care of the funeral home.
