Eugene Hill
Sept. 23, 1949 – June 4, 2006 
Eugene Hill, 56, died Sunday, June 4, 2006, surrounded by his family. Mr. Hill was an alumnus of the University of Toledo. He enjoyed traveling, horses, photography, guitars, basketball card collecting and spending time with family. He worked for ArvinMeritor Inc. as director of accounting. He was member of Seymour Christian Church and volunteered in the community. Born Sept. 23, 1949, in Middletown, Ohio, he was the son of Elzia and Dovie Smith Hill, both of whom preceded him in death. On May 29, 1981, in Honolulu, he married Sandra Cesefske of Port Huron, Mich. They previously lived in Michigan, Ohio and Alabama, moving to Seymour in 1993.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Cesefske-Hill; two sons, Joseph Hill, Bloomington, and Stephen Hill, Seymour; a daughter, Emily Hill, Yuma, Ariz.; and a sister, Barbara Mitchell, Toledo, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by an older sister.
The Rev. Bill Weaver and the Rev. Bill Lockman will conduct services at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Voss Chapel, Seymour. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Hospice of South Central Indiana.
