Seymour Daily Tribune March 11, 2002 Andrew Edward Holm Sr. Andrew Edward Holm Sr., 88, Scottsburg, died Saturday, March 9, 2002, at Scott Memorial Hospital, Scottsburg. Mr. Holm lived in Scott County for 32 years and was founder and co-owner of Holm Industries from 1978 to 1981 in Scottsburg. He also was owner of the Anchorage Hotel, in Antigua, West Indies, for 30 years. He was a graduate of Morgan Park Military Academy in Chicago and was a member of the Indiana Sheriff’s Association. Born Oct. 27, 1913, in Chicago, he was a son of Andrew Ascott Holm and Katherine Kenebeck. He married Marilyn M. Sandlin, who survives in Scottsburg. Other survivors include a son, Andrew E. Holm Jr., Scottsburg; three daughters, Judy Moushart, Cincinnati, Ohio, Sandra H. Robbins, Underwood, and Catherine A. Basham, Warner Robins, Ga.; a stepson, Phillip E. McCulley, Austin; two brothers, Clifford Holm, Chicago, and Warren Holm, Cincinnati, Ohio; and eight grandchildren. Phil LaMaster will conduct services at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Collins Funeral Home, Scottsburg. Entombment will take place at Spurgeon Cemetery, Austin. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
