Seymour Tribune - November 16, 2007 William Doyle Hunnicutt Dec. 15, 1941 – Nov. 14, 2007 William Doyle Hunnicutt, 65, Seymour, passed away at 7:05 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2007, at Schneck Medical Center, Seymour. Mr. Hunnicutt was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Seymour. He worked at Thompson Dairy and Seymour Manufacturing and was retired from Arvins. He enjoyed sports, hunting and his horse racing. He also greatly enjoyed being with his children and grandchildren. Born in Jennings County, on Dec. 15, 1941, he was the son of William Orlando and Thelma Gladys (Muster) Hunnicutt Spector. His step father, Joe Spector, survives. Other survivors include his children, Kimba (Chester) Applegate, and John (Jenni) Hunnicutt; grandchildren, Jason, Brett and Brittanni Kleber, and Cara, Kayla, Mitch and Jase Hunnicutt; step grandchildren, Randy Applegate, Bryan Applegate, and Amy Partlow; four great grandchildren; one step great grandchild; sisters, Norma Craig, and Suzanne Hawkins, and brother, Gary (Kathleen) Hunnicutt. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Roger Hunnicutt. Pastor Ralph Blomenberg, Pastor Philip Bloch, Pastor James Rodriguez, and Vicar David Larson will conduct funeral services at 3 p.m. Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Seymour. Burial will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Seymour. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.. Saturday at Voss Chapel, Seymour, and from 2 p.m. until time of service Sunday at the church.
